The government of the Bryansk region reports that the derailed train in the area was carrying fuel and construction materials.
According to the Russian state railway company (RZhD), unauthorized individuals interfering with the railway’s operations led to the derailment of a locomotive and seven cargo wagons in the Bryansk region, and traffic on the section was suspended.
